How can we measure and improve experience without oversimplifying people or enabling manipulation?
Students build a study or system that shows uncertainty, checks bias, protects user choice, and explains its limits. Choose online or in-person classes in Apgujeong, in a one-to-one or small-group format.
The course was designed from open research published by Carnegie Mellon and Stanford. Students first explain how university researchers study whether technology is useful, easy, fair, and safe. They then distinguish their own question, design choice, A/B result, failure, revision, and limit for an authentic college application or interview explanation.

No required tool experience. We choose a suitable path from Figma, surveys, and spreadsheets, Python and Jupyter, Synthetic or public data, Optional non-sensitive sensors and keep the same design question and evidence standard.
Each class leaves visible work, such as observation notes, a requirement, a prototype, test data, a chart, or a before-and-after improvement.
No. Personal sharing is optional. Every core activity has a neutral Nova School scenario and an anonymous recording option.
