What this diagnostic does—and does not decide

The official 2027 page schedules Round 1 for February 19, 2027 at schools or authorized test sites and says every round is onsite and proctored. It calls Round 1 open to everyone, while the separate Contest Rules lists citizenship, permanent-residency, school-enrollment, age, and university-status requirements. CIT does not resolve that difference: students outside the listed categories should confirm directly with the organizer. Camp and Team USA eligibility are separate. This test, its score, and the study-hour estimates below are CIT planning tools—not official eligibility decisions, predicted scores, or selection promises.
