AP Seminar is organized around inquiry: students frame a question, find sources, analyze arguments from different perspectives, and weigh the credibility of evidence before combining ideas into their own argument. They then prepare for the team project (the Individual Research Report and the Team Multimedia Presentation), the Individual Written Argument, the final presentation, and the written exam. The starting stage depends on school progress and upcoming deadlines, and students revise their own writing. The student sets their own question, then designs and tests a feature, model, interface, or solution of their own. In an application or interview, the student separates the material they drew on from their own decisions, results, failed attempts, revisions, and limits.
