These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CIT Coding Academy (씨아이티코드아카데미학원, "CIT", "we", "us") internal management application at lms.citcoding.com ("the App"). By signing in to the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a private, staff-only tool intended solely for authorized personnel of CIT Coding Academy. Access requires signing in with a Google Account whose email address is on CIT's approved whitelist. CIT may grant, restrict, or revoke access at any time, with or without notice.
The App uses Google Sign-In (Google OAuth 2.0) to authenticate users. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's own terms and policies. Your handling of personal data accessed through the App is described in our Application Privacy Policy.
The App, its content, and all related materials are the property of CIT Coding Academy and are protected by applicable laws. No license or right is granted except the limited right to use the App as an authorized staff member.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CIT does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against all threats.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
CIT may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including upon the end of your employment or engagement with CIT, or for any violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
