This Privacy Policy explains how CIT Coding Academy (씨아이티코드아카데미학원, "CIT", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when authorized staff sign in to our internal management application at lms.citcoding.com using Google Sign-In (Google OAuth).
The App is a private, staff-only tool. It is not open to the public or to students/parents. Account access is restricted to a fixed whitelist of CIT staff email addresses.
When you sign in with Google, we receive the following from your Google Account, limited to the OAuth scopes openid, email, and profile:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Email address | To verify you are an authorized (whitelisted) staff member and to identify your session. |
| Basic profile (name, profile picture, Google account ID) | To display who is signed in within the App interface. |
We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, or any other Google user data through this sign-in flow.
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to staff authentication.
The App does not maintain a user database of Google account data. Your email and profile are used in-memory during authentication and held only within your active session. When your session ends or expires, the session data is discarded. The staff whitelist itself is a fixed list of email addresses maintained in server configuration, not collected from users.
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google account information with third parties. Information is disclosed only where required by law. The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Authentication uses Google's server-side OAuth 2.0 authorization-code flow over HTTPS. Access is restricted to whitelisted accounts. Non-whitelisted Google accounts are rejected at sign-in.
You may revoke the App's access to your Google Account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Because the App stores no persistent copy of your Google data, revoking access removes the App's ability to authenticate you.
The App is an internal staff tool and is not directed to or used by children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
